How is SUNDFIELD better than other fabrics?
The yarns used in SUNFIELDTm are first produced inside a dye-solution by a chemical process. Each yarn is then spun out of this dye-solution. This technology, called Solution-Dyeing, is far superior to all other conventional dyeing methods. The yarns are then woven on State-of-the-Art looms using the latest technology.
Since the yarns have the colors built-in, the woven fabric offers superior resistance to weathering. Acrylic fabrics boast outstanding resistance to the growth of mildew, have high UV resistance and also have enhanced water repellency. SUNFIELD has a protective fluorocarbon finish. This finish resists stains and soiling and also increases the life of the fabric. As a result, SUNFIELD is a tighter-woven, high quality outdoor fabric that requires minimum maintenance. Woven in Europe on state of art machines our product makes a strong statement in the fabric industry
What products Sunfield offers ?
SUNFIELD offers solution dyed Acrylic for the Awnings, Marine and Banner Industry.We offer special cushion grade fabric for Furniture Industry. On the industrial side, we offer Tarps, Drop Cloths, Bags and a wide range of Made up products.
SUNFIELD weighs approximately 9 Oz/sq.yard in Awning, Marine and Banner fabrics. The fabric is available in plenty of solids & stripe 47” and 60” widths.
In furniture fabrics the weight is 8 oz and is available in 54”. With a wide range of solids, textures, stripes, pin stripes and designer fabric our furniture fabric is a must use product for the furniture fabric pattern industry.
All products are put up on rolls of about 65 yards. We carry large inventory available at our warehouse in Charleston SC.

SUNFIELD Awning, Marine & Banner Fabrics are backed with a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Cushion Grade fabric (Furniture Fabric) is available with a 3 year Limited Warranty.
SUNFIELD is an excellent choice for all outdoor applications like awnings, boat covers, canopies, umbrellas, beach chairs, golf cart covers, Biminis tops and other similar uses.
How many colors and stripes are available in Sunfield ?
Our range presents more than 44 solids and 20 stripes in Awning/Marine fabric.
In Cushion Grade (Furniture Fabric ) we carry 29 stripes and 28 solids regularly in stock.
Our custom colors range is more than 88 colors in addition to above which require a 6-8 week production and delivery time
Custom color can be woven for a minimum of 1000 yds per color.

I have a special requirement. Can I get a custom weave from Sunfield ?
Yes! Are you looking for a stripe pattern or a color and are unable to find a source? Having a hard time in finding a fabric in a specific width? No problem! We can supply fabrics in several weight(s) ranging from 7 Oz/sq.yard to 10 Oz/sq.yard. We can also weave fabrics as wide as 86”.
